FlAMING LES
Leslie Grantham was a real-life hero on the 13th of August when he helped Fans escape from a block of flats in swansea after a washing machine caught fire.

Les spotted the flames and realised people were in danger of becoming trapped... just like in Angies Den.

Mr Grantham banged ever door and rushed people out. However holding his mobile phone tightly at hand whilst doing so.

ire chiefs yesterday confirmed the actor was the last person to get out of the luxury block - and they said he acted 'heroically'.

Mr Grantham was staying with a friend at the apartments on Swansea Marina, South Wales, when the fire broke out.

One resident said: 'Leslie was great, he banged on all the doors telling people to get out.
Rumor has it he was staying with his niece Rachel Doyle as he was proforming Write me a murder.
The show must go on Sir Leslie laughed heroically as fans gather round to take photos and get autographs. The fans seemed more interested that dirty den was staying in their block of flats rather than superman saving them from a burning washing machine.
Well done Les!!.
